At Flawlesca, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with authentic and high-quality Korean skincare products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
However, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received a product that is past its expiry date
To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly suggest customers take an unboxing photo or video at the time of opening the parcel. This helps us verify the issue and process your request more quickly.
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and share:
- A clear photo or unboxing video of the issue
- Your name and order details
In the case of a return, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us, unless the error was made by our team.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
- We are unable to fulfill your order after payment
- A replacement product is not available in case of a damaged or incorrect delivery
Refunds will be processed to the same number/account used for payment via bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay within 7–10 working days.
Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after order confirmation.
Important Notes
- No refund/return is accepted without proper unboxing proof
- Please do not send any item back without our confirmation
- We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our return conditions
